近年來，不斷出現(xiàn)的極端天氣、日益惡化的空氣質(zhì)量和加速的物種滅絕都在提醒我們目前作出的努力依然遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠。我國作為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體，已將可持續(xù)發(fā)展作為國家的首要任務(wù)之一。

In recent years, the constant extreme weather, deteriorating air quality, and accelerating species extinction have reminded us that the efforts we are currently making are still far from enough. As the second largest economy in the world, China has made sustainable development one of the country's top priorities.

從產(chǎn)地到餐桌，食材供應(yīng)鏈既受到環(huán)境變化的影響，也是導(dǎo)致環(huán)境變化的主要因素之一。上游農(nóng)牧業(yè)的生產(chǎn)擴(kuò)張?jiān)斐傻臍Я趾妥匀簧鷳B(tài)系統(tǒng)的破壞、中游商貿(mào)流通帶來的能源消耗和溫室氣體的排放、終端消費(fèi)產(chǎn)生的食材損失與食物浪費(fèi)等問題，成為制約食材供應(yīng)鏈綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要瓶頸。

From origin to table, the food ingredients supply chain is both affected by and one of the main factors contributing to environmental change. The deforestation and destruction of natural ecosystems caused by the production expansion of upstream agriculture and animal husbandry, the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission brought by the midstream trade and circulation, and the loss of ingredients and food waste generated by the end consumption have become the main bottlenecks that restrict the green and sustainable development of the food ingredients supply chain.

基于此，5月24日，中國物流與采購聯(lián)合會(huì)食材供應(yīng)鏈分會(huì)攜手世界自然基金會(huì)（瑞士）北京代表處，在上海市召開“2023食材供應(yīng)鏈綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展論壇”，深度探討食材供應(yīng)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)、流通、采購、消費(fèi)等關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色共創(chuàng)的發(fā)展路徑及戰(zhàn)略舉措，推動(dòng)食材供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展?，F(xiàn)將相關(guān)事宜如下：

Based on this, the Food Ingredients Supply Chain Association of CFLP (China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing) with WWF China - Beijing Representative Office, held the "2023 Food Ingredients Supply Chain Green and Sustainable Development Forum" in Shanghai on May 24. An in-depth discussion on the development paths and strategic initiatives to achieve green co-creation in the key aspects of production, distribution, procurement, and consumption of enterprises in the food ingredients supply chain, to promote the green and sustainable development of the industry chain of the food ingredients. The relevant matters are as follows:
